The Front Office Manager was friendly and accommodating, and all our requests were taken care of without any issues. The bathrooms were clean and the basic toiletries were provided. The location of the hotel was convenient, with bus stops right outside. I had a budget-friendly stay with more than I expected in terms of room size and service. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were efficient and the facilities were really good, including comfortable beds, a mini fridge, a heater, and an adapter. The location was convenient, close to the HKU subway station, the nearest Airport Bus stop, and the ferry station. I enjoyed the scenic skyline view from the nearby harbor, and the WiFi worked fast. It was definitely a much better option than crowded hostels.
