The hotel was conveniently close to the tram stop, making it easy to access the central area within 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they accommodated my request for a non-smoking room with a harbor view. Additionally, there were two nearby 7-11s, two dimsum restaurants, and two large supermarkets. The hotel lounge was well-maintained and the overall hospitality service was top-notch.
