I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the south side of the city. The traffic was not bad at all, thanks to the expressway connecting the south to the north. The front desk clerks were fluent in Cantonese and made check-in a breeze. The Executive Floor room was comfortable and spacious, with a great city view. The room had plenty of plugs and USB sockets for charging devices, which was very convenient. The Executive Lounge was well-stocked with drinks and snacks 24/7. The breakfast spread was impressive, with the exception of the bland Changsha noodles. Checkout was smooth, and the hotel was only a 30-minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station.

Excellent service, quick check-in and check-out. Modern room, comfortable bed with extra pillows. In-room complimentary LaVassa coffee brew. Bathroom with shower and rainshower, complete amenities. Many power outlets in room. Excellent breakfast with variety of food. Polite and English-speaking staff. New, clean, and beautifully decorated hotel.

Great Hotel Experience during New Year

This hotel experience during the New Year’s celebrations was amazing. the location was perfect. the hotel was close to the government offices and easily accessible via the expressway. the staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable. They spoke multiple languages and made us feel welcome. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the limited food options. While the breakfast was decent, there were not many other food options available at the hotel.
