They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. the concierge and guest managers were especially amazing. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a well, designed bathroom that had non, slip flooring and a seating bench in the shower. the hotel's location was convenient, with a shopping mall next door and a 24, hour convenience store just a short walk away.

The shower head in my room was positioned in a way that made it difficult for me to enjoy a good shower. Additionally, the internet speed for browsing foreign websites could be improved.

I had an amazing stay at the Courtyard hotel in Tianjin. the staff at the reception, especially the concierge, were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. the room itself was in excellent condition, as it is a new hotel. Everything was clean and in good working order. When there was a slight delay during check-in, the receptionist even offered us complimentary drinks at the bar to make up for it.
