I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, spacious and comfy bedrooms, good food at the Chinese restaurant and breakfast, and the friendly staff. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the location on the banks of a wide river in the new airport economical area was perfect.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel offers excellent customer service with friendly and helpful staff. the spacious and comfortable bedrooms were a definite highlight. the Chinese restaurant had delicious food, and the breakfast options were extensive and catered to different tastes. Additionally, the facilities at the hotel were impressive and added to the overall enjoyable stay.

The WiFi connection was extremely poor. Despite being connected to the WiFi network, I was unable to browse the internet or check my emails during my entire stay.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that truly provide a luxurious experience. the Spa & Wellness Centre, indoor swimming pool and massage services are exceptional. the beautifully designed garden area offers a serene atmosphere for relaxation. the in-room breakfast and restaurant offer a wide range of delicious cuisine options. the private facilities are exquisite, providing ultimate comfort and convenience.

There was one minor issue with service. Although the staff were friendly, there were some delays in attending to our requests.

The bathtub with a TV is a great feature, and the pillows are delightful. The sauna in the swimming pool area is satisfactory, the beds are comfortable, and the cleaning staff is friendly. The free upgrade is a nice touch, and having a UK manager on staff ensures a Western-friendly experience.

My recent stay at Crowne Plaza was excellent. The hotel offers a comfortable stay with great facilities, including a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. The international cuisine was delicious, although the service in the restaurant was a bit slow. I had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza and would highly recommend it.

Close to the airport, great meeting facilities, and delicious food. the rooms are spacious and luxurious, equipped with a super gym and an indoor pool. A good choice for business trips.

There is not much to do around the hotel, and the hotel is quite isolated from the surrounding area. the spa is expensive, and it's better to avoid it.
