Great location near shopping area and convenient shuttle bus to trade fair. Stayed during the New Year and enjoyed the festive decorations and events. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious foods.

The hotel decor is dated and needs renovation. the gym was poorly lit and not clean.

Great buffet variety with different themed cuisines every night. Rooms are spacious and clean. Helpful staff who speak English. Good location easily recognized by taxi drivers. Enjoyed the spa facilities. Discovered a fantastic Italian restaurant nearby.

As party people, we loved the excellent massage services at the fitness center. The salt bag provided in the room was a fantastic way to relieve our pain. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel and found it to be an excellent choice. the luxurious amenities in our room were impressive, such as the exclusive bathroom products, and the beds were very comfortable. the Rooftop pool served as a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. the location was very convenient, with the hotel being close to shopping centers and restaurants. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had a wide selection of delicious cuisine and drinks that exceeded our expectations.

this was a minor inconvenience that did not significantly impact our experience.

the management paid great attention to detail, even remembering my birthday and sending greetings and cake to my room. the hotel provided a well-run free shuttle service to the fair and back, which was convenient. the location was also great, with many shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were modern. the staff, especially Dauphine, were friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza.

Can't fault anything about it. 🙌
