The room layout was beautiful and they paid attention to the little details. the breakfast had a wide range of food options. the staff were extremely helpful and proficient in English. the hotel building was stunning and had a nice bar.

During check-in, only one person received a free drink card instead of both. Some of the breakfast food was left to get cold or too dry.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great view of the river, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet.

This hotel is a true gem, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. the room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with breathtaking views of the river. the restaurant offered a vast selection of delicious food, including fresh juices and pastas that satisfied even the largest of appetites.

the location, while beautiful, required a cab ride to access city action.

The room had everything I expected from a 5-star hotel, and the view of the Yellow River was breathtaking. Despite the location being away from the city center, the staff made every effort to assist me. I highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Lanzhou and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and offers every comfort you could wish for. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have amazing views of the city skyline. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist. The breakfast buffet at The River Cafe was excellent with a wide selection of tasty options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Lanzhou.

Spent a fantastic New Year at a top-notch hotel with unlimited beauty. the views of the Yellow River were breathtaking and the staff was very polite. the hotel amenities were also great, especially the on-site bar and spa. Location-wise, it was just a stone's throw away from the city center and the local noodle bar was an absolute delight. a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

The room temperature was difficult to regulate and we couldn't get a good night's sleep. despite the friendly service of the staff, room service at times was very slow and could take ages to arrive.

The room was modern, clean, with a great view of the river. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathtub were excellent. The staff provided excellent service and were always eager to help. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a great selection of food, including some Western options.
