the employee named Tom exceeded our expectations by going out of his way to ensure we had the best experience. He even bought us a bottle of wine when we were short on time. the hotel facilities were top-notch, meeting the standards of a five-star hotel. the location near the port and availability of buses to the city made it very convenient. the breakfast was amazing, and our room had a stunning view. the pool area also offered breathtaking views.

Our stay at this hotel during the new year was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The check-in process was quick and easy, allowing us to settle in quickly after a long journey. The rooms were clean and modern, with a comfortable and spacious bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find an impressive bathtub in the room, where we could relax and enjoy a nice soak. Another great perk was the availability of English channels on the TV, giving us some entertainment options when we were in the room.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor downsides. the water temperature in the pool was a bit cold for our liking, which made it less enjoyable.

I spent my xmas holiday at this hotel and I must say it was amazing! the complimentary chocolates and wine in my room were a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of food options. the hotel is located close to the border gate, making it easy for me to move around and explore different parts of the city. the view from my room was also stunning and I was glad to have booked a sea-facing room.

There were stains on them and they didn't look properly washed. Another drawback was the lack of price list for items in the mini bar.

the staff were attentive and accommodating, always making sure our needs were met. the exclusive amenities provided a luxurious and comfortable experience, especially the in-room breakfast and private facilities. the indoor swimming pool was a nice touch, although the location was a bit out of the way.

The only minor issue we encountered was the hotel's location being a bit far from the main stretch. this was easily solved by taking a taxi.
