Great location for a peaceful getaway with a beautiful lake and clean air. Spacious, clean room with a huge balcony and comfy beds. Enjoyed the outside swimming pool with a fantastic lake view. Decent laksa at the lobby cafe.

Went with family in March last year, and enjoyed a peaceful getaway from the busy city. The hotel is located in a remote area, providing a serene atmosphere. The massive compound allowed for privacy and a calm environment. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good and offered a variety of options for all tastes. I would recommend Intercontinental Shanghai Harbour City, An Ihg Hotel for a relaxing weekend away.

My stay in this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. My exclusive amenity needs were well-fulfilled. The service was impeccable, and the facilities including the sauna, swimming pool, and restaurant were top-notch. The sun terrace was a lovely spot to relax, and the garden area was well-maintained.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay here was the location, as it was a bit far from downtown. Despite that, the private facilities were exceptional, and the in-room breakfast was delicious.

Rooms are luxurious, comfortable, and the view from the room is beautiful. Breakfast had a wide selection of Chinese and Japanese items, pastries, sausages, and eggs. The surrounding green land of the hotel is a great place to relax.

The hotel is far from civilization, and the area looks like a ghost town. The indoor pool, mirrors in the room, and carpet cleanliness were not great.
