During my Christmas stay, I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk from the subway, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel also had a great variety of amenities nearby, including a 24-hour supermarket, arcade, and restaurants. I enjoyed the fact that there was a Starbucks next door, which made it convenient to grab my favorite coffee in the morning. Additionally, the spacious and comfortable rooms were a definite highlight of my stay.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the lack of attentive service at the hotel's restaurants. Although they promptly seated guests, there was no one available to clear plates or assist with second helpings.

the restaurant offered a diverse menu with high-quality food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing drink after a long day. the staff's service was impeccable, and they went out of their way to fulfill all our needs.

It had some intermittent connectivity issues and required more bandwidth for a proper connection.

Attentive staff and great breakfast choices. During my stay, the staff at Crowne Plaza was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, both Chinese and Western cuisines, exceeding my expectations. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
