I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is great, as it is close to the metro station and provides easy access to the airport. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a gym, spa, bar, and restaurant. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was excellent. the hotel provided all the amenities I needed and the staff provided excellent service.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering relaxing massages and a sauna. the heated indoor swimming pool was perfect for a morning dip and the garden area had enough sun loungers for a lazy afternoon. the restaurant had a wide variety of food choices and the bar/lounge area was a great spot for a drink. the private facilities, including the in-room breakfast, made us feel pampered.

The rooms were large and clean, with all the necessary comforts. the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. the reception staff were always kind and available. the hotel's fitness room was wide and well-equipped. the breakfast had a good range of food, with both local and western dishes available. the hotel was conveniently located near a free trade zone, which could be reached by the hotel's free shuttle. Additionally, the hotel was close to a metro station, making it easy to reach downtown in around 45 minutes.

Some of the concierge staff had difficulty speaking English, which made communication a bit challenging. the fresh fruit options during breakfast could be improved.

Fantastic Getaway

My mother and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Pudong for a special occasion. Despite not being in the city center, the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to Century Avenue Station, making it convenient to explore the city. The spacious room provided all the necessary amenities, including a powerful shower and comfy bedding. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gestures from the hotel, such as arranging a special amenities set for my birthday trip. Being an IHG Rewards Club member, I also enjoyed a delicious welcome drink at the lobby lounge. our experience was excellent, and we would highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Shanghai.

Had a great business trip here–really appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, which made it easy to work and relax at the same time. Also loved the varied and delicious breakfast buffet options. The location near great restaurants and shops was a nice bonus, and the hotel staff were always polite and helpful.

The hotel is quite far from most major attractions, so it took a little longer to get around than I would have liked. Additionally, the price for breakfast was a bit steep, and I did experience some issues with drainage in the shower. though, these were minor concerns and didn't detract much from an otherwise wonderful stay.
