The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling Wuxi Turtle-Head Peninsula Scenic Area, making it a great base for exploring the area. It is also very close to the beautiful Taihu Lake, offering guests a stunning natural view.

The hotel could improve on the availability of nearby shops and restaurants for guests who wish to explore beyond the hotel premises.

The exclusive amenities and excellent service at this hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs. My spacious and comfortable room had breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the indoor swimming pool was beautiful and well, maintained. the restaurant provided delicious food and exceptional service. the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxation and drinks. the private facilities were top, notch and added to the overall luxury experience.

Despite the outstanding service, there was a minor issue with the room's broken phone that was not immediately resolved. the staff was quick to address the issue and fixed it the following day.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the hotel had a fitness center and an indoor pool available for guests. the location of the hotel was also convenient for getting around the city.

The hotel staff was not very friendly or helpful. the check-in process was slow and we had to wait a long time to complete the necessary procedures.
