The hotel's location was perfect, near enough to the subway for easy access to the main sites. We loved being in the historical old town center and on the main shopping street where we could watch beautiful dancing classes on the sidewalks. The breakfast offered a variety of options from different cuisines and the staff was very polite and attentive to our needs.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Convenient location, walking distance to nearby restaurants. Metro stop around the corner, 15-minute taxi ride to city walls. Deluxe king room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Tasteful and stunning hotel decor. Polite and attentive staff, especially helpful receptionists and male staff at the counter. Excellent breakfast buffet, great price/quality ratio. Nearby shopping mall for sportswear.

This luxurious hotel offers first-class facilities, excellent inclusive buffet breakfast, and beautiful rooms with no noise. The afternoon buffet tea in the lobby bar is great value. The Chinese restaurant provides a fantastic dining experience with wonderful staff, and the concierge Jacky is incredibly helpful and competent. a wonderful stay with great service and amenities.

Efficient and polite receptionists, helpful male staff members. Excellent breakfast before exploring the city. Nearby shopping mall for sportswear. Price/quality ratio is great. Spectacular room and restaurant. Fantastic breakfast with international and Chinese options. Convenient stores inside the hotel. Really helpful staff, big beds, good breakfast. Subway makes main sites easily accessible. Able to arrange private driver for terracotta warriors last minute.

This luxurious hotel offers exclusive amenities that meet our needs. the service is exceptional, and the Spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna are all top, notch. the view from our high, floor room was stunning, and the room itself had many advantages, such as an in, room breakfast and private facilities. the staff was cordial and always willing to help. the restaurant had amazing food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for enjoying a drink after a long day!

it is easy to use a driver or taxi to get there, and there are many location advantages to staying at this luxurious venue.

During our stay at the hotel, we were impressed with the beautiful interior and spacious rooms. The staff members were amazing, always friendly and willing to assist. The location of the hotel was central, making it convenient to explore attractions such as the Ancient Wall and the Bell Tower. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi'an. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Although the breakfast had a great variety of food, the temperature of the dishes was not always satisfactory. But, despite this minor inconvenience, we still enjoyed our dining experience at the hotel.

Wow, just wow! the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. the hotel is located in a great spot, close to some beautiful landmarks and delicious local restaurants. the rooms were perfect, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I also really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, where I had some of the best food I've ever tasted. Plus, the breakfast buffet was just superb in every way!

The only downside to my stay was the spa. the massage I received was subpar and the masseur was a bit unprofessional.
