Gorgeous rooms, tranquil jungle ambiance, kind staff, great Thai restaurant, heavenly bed.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. the hotel had a beautiful garden and an excellent pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. the hotel also offered a shuttle service to nearby areas, that was very convenient.

The food and drinks were a bit expensive, and there weren't many restaurant options close to the hotel. the hotel was located a bit far from the city center and the tourist attractions, so transportation was necessary and could be costly.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic area, with a beautiful tropical garden that creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It is located in a very quiet location away from the city center but is still easily accessible, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like balconies and a xylophone that add a unique touch. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful, making the overall stay pleasant.

The breakfast service could use improvement, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were outstanding, with a fantastic outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace that provided incredible relaxation. the staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful, and attentive to our needs, and the restaurant had a great selection of local and international cuisine.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a Spa and wellness center, which would have been the perfect complement to the luxurious atmosphere of the hotel. this did not take away from the overall experience, and we still had an incredible stay at the venue.

Gorgeous room and resort with a peaceful jungle atmosphere. Accommodating staff, especially Joy. Upgraded room and waived room service fees when we weren't feeling well. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Authentic Buddhist temple and roaming peacocks add a nice touch.
