Excellent Service and Wonderful Amenities

During our recent stay at Crowne Plaza Xuzhou Dalong Lake, we were truly impressed by the level of service and the amenities offered. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Stayed here twice, loved it. Gorgeous hotel, helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms with balcony. Great shower and comfortable beds. Peaceful location with park nearby. Affordable transportation options. Unbeatable buffet breakfast. Good amenities and beautiful view.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

This hotel offers a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. Friendly and efficient staff were always on hand, delivering exceptional service. The spacious and clean rooms provided fantastic comfort and had exclusive advantages. The restaurant offered a varied breakfast and dinner. The hotel's location, next to the lake and a park, was great for leisurely walks.

While my stay was wonderful, the only minor negative I could mention was that the spa and wellness centre was not fully operational during my visit. However, this did not detract from the overall luxury experience I had at the hotel.

The hotel had spacious rooms with nice views of the lake. The breakfast had a good selection of foods including fresh fruit and baked goods. The location, near a park, was peaceful and offered nice walks.

The hotel lacked some of the service finesse expected from a five-star hotel. The breakfast had limited options for Western guests and the dinner buffet was not appetizing. The restaurant and coffee shop service was subpar.
