The hotel had a prime location, close to the border crossing and ferry terminal which was very convenient for exploring the area. the breakfast spread was quite impressive, with a good variety of East and West options. the gym was well-equipped and included a sauna which was a nice bonus.

The furniture was scuffed and scratched, and the carpet was stained. the air conditioning unit was very noisy and kept waking us up at night.

Smooth check-in during busy time. Received free drink coupon. Friendly staff. Hotel manager personally attended to dinner. Bought massage package with in-room service. Plate of desserts and fruits sent to room. Will stay again if visiting.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience. the room was spacious and well-designed, with exclusive amenities like a private balcony and a stunning view of the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with any request. the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind with a cocktail after a long day. We enjoyed the sauna, sun terrace, and outdoor swimming pool, which were all well-maintained and exclusive.

The location was not very convenient, which made it difficult to explore the city. this was a minor issue and did not overshadow the overall experience.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was exceptional. The pick-up service from the hotel was incredibly convenient, especially since it was raining heavily when we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were courteous and welcoming, particularly Jack who handled our arrival splendidly. Our room was clean, spacious, and boasted a beautiful view. The location was perfect, with buses right outside and close proximity to several tourist attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel.
