The hotel staff were very helpful, especially the concierge who spoke good English and arranged taxis when needed. I had a bad experience with noise in the hotel, as the soundproofing was not good and the people in the room across from mine were very noisy. My sleep was disrupted multiple times throughout the night, which made for a very unpleasant experience.
