I recently stayed at Doubletree in Chongqing North for a few days for business. The service was outstanding, with Patrick and Cliff going above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the location is perfect with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The metro line 3, which connects to the old town and the airport, is also easily accessible. The hotel is well-maintained and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. The staff seemed untrained and unhelpful, with issues such as trying to charge extra for a room that wasn't ready and not assisting with luggage transfer.

The staff, particularly Sunny in the Executive Lounge and Rachael at the Service Desk, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to cater to my needs during my stay.
