I recently stayed at Doubletree in Chongqing North for a few days for business. The service was outstanding, with Patrick and Cliff going above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the location is perfect with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The metro line 3, which connects to the old town and the airport, is also easily accessible. The hotel is well-maintained and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service at this hotel was impeccable, from check-in to check-out. the breakfast offered a good variety and I especially enjoyed the happy hour in the executive lounge. Another advantage was the convenient location, with plenty of shopping and Western restaurants nearby.

There were a few aspects that fell below expectations. the executive lounge had limited drink options and lacked a please the customer attitude.

Great location, with a shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance. the hotel also offers a variety of breakfast options, with both Chinese and Western choices. the staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring that English-speaking assistance was available when needed.

The rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. the staff seemed untrained and unhelpful, with issues such as trying to charge extra for a room that wasn't ready and not assisting with luggage transfer.

The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and entertainment areas. the room was comfortable and well-equipped with good facilities. the staff, particularly Sunny in the Executive Lounge and Rachael at the Service Desk, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to cater to my needs during my stay.
