I stayed at this hotel and got excellent value for my money. The room was clean and gave me a good sense of relaxation after a long day of business. The location was nice and quiet, perfect for resting. The staff treated me with professionalism and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Kudos to Neil at the front desk who went above and beyond to take care of me when I got sick. I couldn't ask for better service.

The hotel breakfast could be improved. There was a strong smell from the kitchens on the ground floor that was quite off-putting.

Great value for money, part of a well-known group. Clean and quiet with a good breakfast and dinner selection. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and professional service. Comparable to other hotels in the area, but far superior. A relaxing and comfortable stay after a busy day.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us, especially Neil at the front desk. He accompanied us to the hospital when I fell ill and provided translation assistance. Neil was available day and night for any calls from the doctor, ensuring our well-being. He even checked on me at the hospital before my discharge. Additionally, he made sure the rest of our stay was as comfortable as possible, offering late checkout and other amenities. The service provided by Neil and the staff was truly outstanding.

The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and big shopping malls, yet it was situated in a very exclusive area where it was incredibly quiet. The staff provided excellent service and were always very professional. The breakfast had a good selection of options.

Great gym and breakfast with a wide variety of fresh juices. The rooms are spacious and clean with an amazing shower and TV selection. Just be prepared for temperature challenges.The pool is big and beautiful, but remember your swim cap!

The breakfast and dinner options were fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious Asian and American foods. the hotel is located in a very exclusive and quiet area, which allowed us to relax and unwind. Additionally, the surrounding environment was beautiful, adding to the overall charm of our stay.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. the open restaurant had limited food options and the prices were quite high for what we received.

Excellent pool and gym facilities. The natural light in the lobby creates a pleasant atmosphere. Despite language barriers, check-in staff were helpful. The breakfast may be limited for vegans but the fruit selection is good. I recommend this hotel.
