A Magical and Hi-tech Experience

I was amazed by the level of technology at this hotel. The indicator lights on the floor, guided me straight to my room with ease. And having a free cell phone to connect to the hotel was a fantastic touch. The Dragon Hotel truly offers a magical and hi-tech experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved the hotel's beautiful and well-maintained atmosphere. It was clean and had a high-end feel. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a good spread of options. The staff went above and beyond by arranging hot chocolate for us, even though it wasn't initially available. The pool area was fantastic, big enough for swimming and there was a separate children's pool. Despite the hot weather, the pool area was surprisingly empty. We also enjoyed the location, with the hotel situated in an area of tree-lined streets within walking distance of various restaurants. We highly recommend trying the local food as well as the Italian restaurant nearby.

Not obvious to find.

This hotel certainly provides a luxurious stay. The rooms are spacious and feature exclusive amenities such as high-quality toiletries and office provisions. The service is exceptional and staff members go out of their way to fulfill guests' needs. The conference facilities are fantastic and offer all necessary services, including multiple meeting rooms, tea/coffee breaks, and lunches.

There was only one minor downside during our stay: the restaurant options were limited and prices were high for some European guests. However, the buffet breakfast had an amazing selection of cuisine, including traditional local foods and vegetarian options.

The hotel was huge and had a unique layout with towers surrounding a beautiful central garden. My room was spacious, and I loved that they offered a variety of different pillows to choose from. The buffet restaurant was a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious foods. I enjoyed having both breakfast and lunch there and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The hotel's proximity to the West Lake and other tourist sites was a major advantage, making it easy to explore the area.

The Italian restaurant at the hotel was a disappointment. Not only was the food subpar, but it was also quite expensive for China.

Attentive service and stunning views. During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and made me feel like a valued guest. The highlight of my stay was the stunning views from my room. I woke up every morning to a breathtaking sight of the tree-covered hillside opposite the hotel. It was a truly beautiful and peaceful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and picturesque views.

The hotel I recently stayed at exceeded my expectations. The modern decor was stunning and the staff was incredibly friendly. I particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms, equipped with a comfortable bed, plenty of outlets, and a large shower. The location was perfect, surrounded by tranquility and just a short distance from the bustling city center. An added bonus was the breakfast buffet, with a wide selection of both Western and Chinese cuisine.

While the hotel had many great qualities, the only downside was its distance from the West Lake. Although it wasn't too far of a trip, it would have been nice to have the famous landmark closer by for easy access and sightseeing. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the area.
