I had a delightful stay at E-Outfitting Boutique in Shangri-La. The Tibetan ethnic style decor in the rooms added a charming touch. The super thick comforter kept me cozy on cooler nights. And the staff, especially owner Jerry, was incredibly helpful in arranging trips and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were really kind and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. They spoke English well and provided great service. The hotel's location was also very convenient, close to the Old Town. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped, with amenities like a heater and electric blankets.

Big, clean and comfortable rooms. Great view from the rooftop and perfect location close to shops and restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. We loved the breakfast, which offered both Chinese and Western style options, including buckwheat Baba butter tea and highland barley cakes. a fantastic experience that we would recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Everything from the room to the service was top-notch, and we really can't think of anything negative to say. Perhaps the lack of a TV in the room could be seen as a negative, but we actually appreciated the break from screen time and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the lobby with its TV.

Amazing design! The hotel's gate will leave you 'wow'-ed with its interior. Our butler, Andy, did his best to accommodate our needs. The bathroom design is stunning, and the WiFi had no connection issues. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or tasks we had. the location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the old town with a great view of the prayer wheel from the rooftop. It was really convenient being able to explore the nearby temples and attractions. Additionally, the room was very cozy and warm, providing a comfortable stay even in the cold weather.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the lack of English-speaking staff made it difficult to get information about the local area or good recommendations on things to do.
