The decorations during the Christmas time were great, it really gave a cozy and warm feeling. the pool was a delight, it was quite spacious and clean, it really met our expectations. the location couldn't have been better, we were in a safe neighborhood, but close enough to several shops and transport options. We were also pleased with the fresh and tasty food that was served.

Our room wasn't exactly what we expected, we found it a bit outdated and dusty. We did have an issue with the staff, who were not very helpful in resolving the problem.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities, including a spa and indoor swimming pool. the spa lounge offers body scrubs, massages, and facial treatments. the swimming pool area has sun loungers and a barbecue facility. the room we stayed in was exclusive and well-maintained, with private facilities and a comfortable bed. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that serves special diet menus. The location is perfect, being well-connected to the metro system, and there is a garden area for leisure. Cons: the entertainment on offer is limited, with no live entertainment or public bath.
