I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel like I was staying with good friends. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. The location by the lake added to the serene atmosphere and provided a great backdrop for recreational activities. The hotel also offered easy transportation options and had ample parking available. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff spoke excellent English, making it suitable for non-Chinese speakers like myself.

I had a fantastic stay at Fairmont. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Gracia, in particular, showed exceptional care and helped me find a pollution mask for my race. The room was spacious with great views and the outdoor pool was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs, from the full body massage at the spa center to the delicious special diet menus provided by the restaurant. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also excellent additions to our stay. the staff provided exceptional service, always prompt and polite, making us feel at home in this lavish venue.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the outdoor swimming pool. It was not heated, which made it a bit uncomfortable to swim in.

Beautiful environment and great amenities. the hotel had a variety of activities and facilities to enjoy, such as walking paths and bicycle rentals. the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious.

The check-in process took longer than expected, leading to a bit of frustration. the staff didn't seem attentive to our needs and requests at times.

The views of the lake from the hotel room were absolutely stunning. It was such a delight to wake up to the serene beauty of the surroundings. Additionally, there were plenty of activities offered by the hotel, such as bee keeping tours and cooking classes, which kept us entertained throughout our stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairmont. The highlight of my trip was the beekeeping tour they offer. As an avid nature lover, getting up close and personal with the bees was an incredible experience. The staff were so knowledgeable and passionate about the bees, making it a truly educational and enjoyable activity. I highly recommend the Fairmont for its unique and engaging activities.
