We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in a beautiful garden. The location was perfect, across from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nicely appointed bathroom. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and loved the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. Plus, there were cute cafes nearby and it was a nice walk to People's Square.

The reception staff could have been more helpful.

The hotel's location in the French Concession neighborhood was perfect, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with taxi arrangements and providing useful directions. The complimentary amenities such as bottled water, hairdryer, and toiletries were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of Western and Chinese fare, although the coffee could be better. I highly recommend Fenyang Garden Boutique for a pleasant stay in Shanghai.

Our romantic escape at this charming hotel was a dream come true! the beautiful historic villa and its stunning garden were the perfect scenery to celebrate our love. the spacious and comfortable room provided us with the ideal retreat after exploring the lovely buzz of the surrounding streets filled with delicious street food and great restaurants. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, ensuring we had everything we needed.

The wifi was a bit of a drag and only available in the lobby. This was a minor issue because we preferred spending our time exploring the surrounding area.
