This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and impeccable service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and catered to my every need. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with exclusive amenities that added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes and the bar/lounge area created the perfect ambiance for relaxing and unwinding. I especially enjoyed the private facilities, which provided a sense of exclusivity and privacy. Additionally, the location advantages, including proximity to the airport, made my stay even more convenient.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was a delay in response to an inquiry I made prior to check-in. However, this was quickly resolved upon check-out when the staff offered to help with a taxi.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location next to the airport was convenient, and there were shops and restaurants in the area.

The room was amazing, it was very spacious and there was a coffee machine and tea making facilities. The view from the room was breathtaking, it was lovely to wake up and look out at the beautiful city. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, we were able to go to many different restaurants and enjoy the local cuisine. We were also quite close to many tourist attractions that we wanted to visit.

One thing that was a little bit disappointing was the lack of cleanliness in the room. There were some stains on the carpet that we noticed right away and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

The location near the airport was convenient for my business trip. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a separate shower and bathtub. The hotel amenities, such as the coffee machine and tea making facilities, added a nice touch. The laundry service was efficient and the room service pricing was reasonable. The breakfast spread offered a variety of Asian and Western options. The hotel is also surrounded by eateries, coffee places, and a supermarket. I had a refreshing and comfortable experience at Four Points By Sheraton Qingdao Chengyang and would recommend it to others.

The room felt a bit dated in terms of decor and maintenance. The hotel also had dispensers for soap, which was not what I expected from a hotel in this category.

Great stay again

We had an amazing stay at Four Points in December. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even bringing a personal heater to our seat in the lobby lounge. Keith, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful with local travel tips. The hotel genuinely cares about making each guest's stay memorable. We won't stay anywhere else in Chengyang!
