We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the downtown area, located in a bustling shopping district. The location was perfect for us as there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The hotel provided excellent service with a wide range of amenities, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a bakery and bar right here in the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and had a great view, making our workouts enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond when my wife lost her bag in a taxi, they promptly called the taxi and managed to retrieve her bag, which was absolutely fantastic.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options including Western, European, and Asian dishes. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with good water pressure and climate control.- The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the metro station and nearby shops and restaurants.

The lobby bar had poor service and lacked the lively atmosphere it used to have. The level of English proficiency among the staff was generally low, which sometimes made communication difficult.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel. It was near public transportation and shopping centers that offered a variety of restaurants and stores to choose from. the rooms were comfortable and included useful amenities like a refrigerator and a hairdryer.

There was an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway of my floor, which was supposed to be non-smoking. Although the hotel staff tried to address the issue by placing an air cleaner, it was still noticeable.
