The service staff were exceptional, always smiling and very courteous. The hotel room was large and beautifully decorated. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the staff made a special effort to ensure our satisfaction.

The breakfast buffet was not up to our expectations for a 5-star hotel. Although the hotel quickly offered to change our breakfast allowance with cash credit so we could have a meal of our choice, we felt that the breakfast options could have been better.

I stayed at Four Seasons in Shanghai for 1 night for business purposes. The staff knew my name, even the housekeeping staff, which was a nice touch. The room was quiet with nice city views and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, and they offered a generous credit for in-house dining. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a gym and spa. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my utmost satisfaction.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning hotel in Shanghai. The location was absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of the city between the vibrant neighborhoods of French Concession, Jing'An, Xintiandi, and People's Square. Being in the middle of it all gave me the opportunity to easily explore and experience the best of Shanghai.
