riverdale residence xintiandi exceeded my expectations! had an amazing overnight stay. super comfy beds, great shower, and the friendly staff went the extra mile. fresh elements restaurant served a wide range of delicious food and mayaita had amazing cocktails. location was fantastic, facing the bund.

the location was excellent, with easy access to shopping areas and transportation. the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Nina Tao who went above and beyond to assist me. the apartment itself was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. the on-site restaurant, Fresh Elements, offered a wide variety of delicious options at reasonable prices. I had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk away from Times Square and Xintiandi. The subway station is also conveniently close. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, with every room equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and free fast wifi. The family apartments are perfect for families. Furthermore, there is an Element Fresh in the hotel that delivers food to your room.

The bed was cozy and the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. The location was fantastic, with many metro stations close by and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The Shanghai Museum and parks were also within walking distance. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Shanghai.

The layout of the room was not ideal, with the kitchen in the entrance and the bed close to the window. the restaurants on the premises were closed when we arrived late at night, and there was no room service available.
