Exceptional Hospitality

During our stay at Fraser Suites, my daughter wasn't feeling well and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel better. They kindly sent us a comforting bowl of congee, showing a genuine care for our well-being. I was touched by their personal touch, which I have never experienced in any other hotel before. Additionally, the apartment was excellent, spacious, and felt like a home away from home. The convenient location, with a nearby Su Guo market, made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff's attentiveness and warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fraser Suites offers spacious and well-equipped rooms, as mentioned by a satisfied customer. The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, making it easy to access the bigger shopping center in Nanjing. The staff is helpful and offers excellent service, including arranging taxis and ordering food delivery. The gym is well-equipped and not crowded, providing a great workout experience. The breakfast, though not as extensive as a 5-star hotel's buffet, is still more than adequate.

This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities that make the stay worth every penny spent. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Our room was spacious and filled with exclusive room advantages that made us feel pampered. The restaurant and bar/lounge areas were chic and upscale. The private facilities made us feel like we were staying in a 5-star resort. Location advantages were also exceptional.

Although the overall stay was amazing, we did experience a minor issue during check-out. The receptionist seemed confused and we were unsure if we were given the correct invoice.

Room size was great, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and the subway station is close by. We enjoyed the tea and coffee provided in the lounge area.

The bathroom was not clean and we had to request toiletries. The gym was not well maintained and some of the equipment was broken.
