Spent Xmas at this boutique hotel. The location is great, close to the subway and a romantic street perfect for a stroll. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with good Wi-Fi and bottled water provided. The breakfast was good with choices of cereal, yogurt, and fruit, and also hot dishes like eggs and toast.

The front desk staff struggled with English and communication was poor. The TV channels were very limited and the signal was bad, which was frustrating for us. There was no privacy in the bathroom, which may not suit everyone's preference. the hotel had some good aspects, but the communication and TV channels left much to be desired.

The location in the picturesque French Concession area is perfect for exploring the city, with a subway station just next to the hotel. The spacious rooms at @ Gallery Suites provided a comfortable stay, with amenities like a claw foot tub and a desk. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast options were satisfactory, and the hotel had fast internet. a great location and comfortable stay.

The lack of in-house F&B options was a downside to the hotel.

The staff at @ Gallery Suites were extremely helpful and responsive. When there was a problem with the drain in our bathroom, they quickly resolved the issue. Additionally, the hotel is located in a great area with easy access to metro stations and a variety of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a good selection of options. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Shanghai.
