I had a wonderful experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate living room, a small kitchen, and even two TVs! The noise insulation was excellent, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful evening. The room was also very clean and comfortable, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was within walking distance of the central district and Hong Kong Park. I also appreciated the adjacent Fusion supermarket, which made it easy to grab something quick for breakfast.

I made a mistake with my check-in date and tried to update it, but it was not editable. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel staff handled the situation with professionalism and offered a solution.
