The hotel was conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel provided luxurious bedding and had a room with a fantastic view of the beach. This made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay during my Christmas vacation.

The bathrooms in the hotel were in need of maintenance. There were water damage and brown stains on the floors and between tiles in the shower area, which could easily be cleaned up.

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt for a weekend getaway. The room was spotless and the dinner and breakfast buffets were outstanding. Chef Henry Wang provided excellent service and his culinary expertise was evident in every dish. The hotel's location on Xinghai Square offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The facilities were of high standard and well-maintained. The staff, including Alvin from the concierge desk, were helpful and professional. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Limited English proficiency among staff members can make communication challenging at times. This could be frustrating for non-native Chinese speakers.

The gym was also a great plus, with its ample space and early morning quietness. we had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing location and the wonderful staff at the Grand Hyatt.

Spent christmas at a hotel by the sea. The view was breathtaking! Rooms were kept clean and amenities were very useful. Breakfast buffet was top notch and they had a decent gym. The location was key, close to a night club and restaurants.

The swimming pool was not so great. We had to wear swimming caps which were very limited.
