The hotel was conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel provided luxurious bedding and had a room with a fantastic view of the beach. This made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay during my Christmas vacation.

The bathrooms in the hotel were in need of maintenance. There were water damage and brown stains on the floors and between tiles in the shower area, which could easily be cleaned up.

The facilities were of high standard and well-maintained. The staff, including Alvin from the concierge desk, were helpful and professional. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location with beautiful views and a vibrant square nearby for shopping. the lack of surrounding buildings allows for unobstructed views, including a stunning musical fountain. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near the coast and within walking distance to malls and attractions.

Limited English proficiency among staff members can make communication challenging at times. This could be frustrating for non-native Chinese speakers.

Spent christmas at a hotel by the sea. the view was breathtaking! Rooms were kept clean and amenities were very useful. Breakfast buffet was top notch and they had a decent gym. the location was key, close to a night club and restaurants.

The swimming pool was not so great. We had to wear swimming caps which were very limited.

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Dalian. The view from my room window was absolutely breathtaking, and I loved the convenience of the automatic curtain opening and closing.
