As youngsters, we loved the central location, stunning garden view from upper floors, and the convenient 15-minute distance from the Canton Fair. The room layout was great, with excellent facilities and a breathtaking view. The in-hotel restaurants offered a variety of delicious food options. The hotel also had a lovely gym and pool, perfect for staying active.

No need to complain as the staff provided remarkable service and the overall experience was delightful.

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt in a great location near the APM stop. The hotel's fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna facilities were top-notch. The staff at check-in were extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping service was efficient and prompt. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was spacious and bright, with a stunning view. The hotel's garden area was a wonderful way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel.

The layout of the rooms was confusing, with check-in on a different level from the guest rooms. the design of the rooms was not user-friendly, especially for older guests.
