The hotel room is fantastic and nicely decorated. Spacious with electronic curtain and toilet. Comfortable pillow selection. Yoga mat and straight hair iron available. Food in Hyatt is excellent. Live band performance at bar is wonderful. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a good choice of western style food and great coffee. The décor and ornaments around the hotel are interesting. Room has commanding views of the area. Walking in closet and separate toilet are added features.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel room at Grand Hyatt was absolutely fantastic. It was beautifully decorated and spacious, with electronic curtains and a high-tech toilet. I loved that I could even choose my own pillow and have amenities like a yoga mat and straight hair iron available. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the buffet breakfast which offered a great selection of Western-style dishes and excellent coffee. I also enjoyed the live band performance at the bar. my stay at Grand Hyatt was amazing!

The only downside was the hotel's location, as there was only a Starbucks nearby and I had to take a taxi or walk a long distance to find other restaurants. Additionally, the lift system was confusing as there was no way to know which door would open when I pressed the button.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Xi'an for a week-long business trip. The hotel room was fantastic, with beautiful decor and modern amenities like an electronic curtain and toilet. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a great buffet breakfast and a live band performance at the bar. The staff, especially Duke, Grystod, Min, and Jennifer.

The location of the hotel is slightly inconvenient, but the excellent staff and facilities more than make up for it. The breakfast offered at the hotel is fantastic, with a wide variety of options to cater to both eastern and western tastes. The gym, pool, and spa facilities are all top-notch, especially the 24-hour open and impeccably clean gym. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and eager to assist with any requests.

The toothbrush provided in the bathroom had bristles that came off while brushing.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exclusive amenities and top-notch service. the Spa and wellness center was one of the best I have ever seen, with a wide range of treatments, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. the outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic, offering spectacular views of the garden area. the staff was courteous and friendly, always willing to help with anything we needed. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both exceptional, with delicious dinner options and a great wine selection.
