We had an amazing stay here. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and breathtaking views of the Pearl Tower and the Acquarium. The location was very convenient, with the metro station and IFC Mall nearby. The staff provided excellent customer service and made us feel welcome. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious.

As adults and children, we loved the exclusive Club room amenities, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. The smaller area with fewer people made dining with our child comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi with a beautiful view were enjoyable, especially the small pool with warm water. The plate of tangerines we received on arrival was a delicious touch. The bed was large and comfortable, and the hotel's location near the Pearl Tower, Aquarium, and Lujiazui subway station was excellent. The swimming pool and gym had stunning city views.

Excellent staff and food, wonderful room and spectacular views. Didn't try the Business Centre but it probably matches the rest. MagLev train from Pudong airport is a unique, fast option.

The hotel offered excellent food and had a great breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The location was centrally located, making it easy to access key attractions and shopping areas. One advantage that I enjoyed was the beautiful view from my room, it really added to the overall experience.

There were obvious stains on the carpet and even nail clippings left behind from previous guests, which was quite disgusting. The English news coverage on the TV was limited to just CNN, which had a very negative commentary on the US political administration.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in the Pudong area, and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to the Yuyuan Garden area and visit the most famous sightseeing places. The hotel was also very close to the Disney store, which was a bonus. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a great selection. I was highly satisfied with the facilities and advantages of the room.

I did encounter one disappointment - there was a lack of USB ports and universal sockets for my computer.

At Grand Kempinski, we absolutely loved the stunning view of the Huangpu River and the iconic Pearl Tower from our room. The location was perfect, just a few meters away from these landmarks and the bustling skyscrapers of Shanghai. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or issues we had. We also appreciated the 24-hour access to the gym and the efficient Guest Relations Department, who even helped us retrieve a souvenir we left behind at the Shanghai Ocean Aquarium. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the convenience of the electric sheer and blackout curtains.
