I had a fantastic stay at Grand Mercure Dongcheng. The location was perfect, close to Tiananmen Square and many restaurants. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was newly refurbished and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location! Only steps away from top restaurants, shops, and sights. the attentive and friendly staff was a standout feature. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the well-appointed bathrooms.

Our room was a bit worn, with some appliances that were in need of repair. Internet connectivity wasn't always reliable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, the spa and wellness centre were luxurious, and the indoor swimming pool was pristine. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was spacious and offered exclusive amenities, such as a private balcony and a hot tub. The location advantages were also unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the sauna, which had some minor maintenance issues. However, the hotel staff were quick to address the problem and offered us a complimentary spa treatment as an apology.
