I had an amazing stay at the Grand Mercure. The hotel was tastefully decorated and the room was well-designed and comfortable. I loved the complimentary drinks and snacks provided, along with the free mini bar. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Pearl River New Town. The hotel also had great amenities, including a buffet and drinks, which were perfect for both leisure and business purposes. The metro line 3 was also conveniently close, making it easy to travel around the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guangzhou.

My recent stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and the city's park. The staff was super friendly and efficient at check-in. I loved the little perks of the hotel, including fluffy towels, USB charging plugs, and an electronic toilet lid. The mini-bar items were free, and there were snacks and drinks in the lounge area that were also available at no extra charge. The rain shower and the adjustable Kohl shower head was amazing.

The breakfast was not the best, but it still had a fair selection of food. Unfortunately, my room's soundproofing wasn't the best, and I could hear noise from the adjacent room.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to malls, including the mall of the world, and the US consulate for any passport appointments. The room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped, with nice perks like a rain shower and electronic toilet lid. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing a smooth check-in process. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary mini bar items and free snacks and drinks in the lounge area.

The soundproofing in the hotel was lacking, as noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms could be heard easily.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities provided us with luxurious comfort and convenience. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were exquisite, offering delicious and unique cuisine. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with private facilities. The location advantages were superb, with easy access to major malls and attractions. The service was exceptional, with staff accommodating every need.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slight inconsistency in hotel personnel's willingness to communicate effectively. However, this did not affect our overall amazing experience.
