Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. Loved the spacious rooms with comfy beds and great baths. the sea view rooms offered a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. the hotel's key location close to the International Convention Center was a big advantage, as it minimized commute time for attending shows. Additionally, the club access rooms provided excellent food and drinks during the designated hours.

There were a few negative aspects. the communication with staff was a challenge, especially as English was not well understood by many, even in room service.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the indoor and outdoor swimming pool was great, and we loved the beach access. the aqua park and sun terrace made our stay exclusive. the location advantage was great, as we could enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and take a nice walk on the beach. the room advantages were also amazing, it had all the facilities we needed.

The service can be improved as we faced a little delay in the food service. it was a minor issue and can be ignored.
