We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of downtown Wuxi. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent support throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and exceeded our expectations. The bathroom amenities were of good quality, and we appreciated having a kettle and a selection of coffee and tea sachets in the room. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, as it was within a five-minute walk from the railway station and close to shopping malls and the subway. The hotel also provided fast and complimentary internet access.

The location of the hotel was great, being conveniently located near the main attractions in the city. the staff provided excellent service, and their English proficiency was a big plus. Additionally, the hotel offered a swimming pool and a delicious breakfast, providing guests with a nice start to their day.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. the ergonomics of the hotel could have been better, as the revolving door was slow and there were issues with the placement of the kettle and plug.
