Loved staying at this hotel! The location was unbeatable, right across from the City Wall with stunning views of the Drawbridge and Wall from our room. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with hot and delicious food. The hotel was also conveniently located, with easy access to cafes, shops, and the rail system. The city itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas. a great place to stay in Xi'an as a base for exploring the Terracotta Soldiers and enjoying the Dragon Lady Empress show.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the subway station and within walking distance to the old center of the city. The concierge service was helpful, assisting us with train tickets and taxi calls. The presence of a bird's eye view of the Tang Dynasty welcoming ceremony near the hotel was a bonus.

The performances at "China the First Hospitality Etiquette Square" can also be seen from the hotel. The rooms with a view provide a spectacular sight, especially at night when everything is illuminated. Additionally, the hotel has a good breakfast buffet, with a variety of options including made-to-order eggs, cut fruits, breads.

Street noise and weak WiFi in rooms. The single-pane windows in the rooms do not provide much noise insulation, making street noise quite audible during the day.

The location was superb, with the subway exit A2 being very close to the hotel entrance, providing easy access to the city's attractions. We were thrilled to find that the hotel was right next to the South Gate of the city wall and just a stone's throw away from the Bell Tower and the bustling Muslim Street. Moreover, being very close to the Yongningmen subway station made getting around the city a breeze. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring a delicious start to our day. However, the highlight of our stay was the outstanding staff. They were incredibly helpful, especially when organizing a car for us to visit the Terracotta Warriors. The driver provided exceptional service despite language barriers, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city.

My husband and I recently stayed at Grand Park Xi'An for four nights. The hotel is beautifully located near the entrance to the Xian wall. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Manager Jerry and receptionist Narcis, who helped us with a visa issue. The hotel has a bright and airy atmosphere, with comfortable rooms equipped with a fridge and kettle. The breakfast offered a great variety of Asian and Western options. A special shoutout to Jerry at the concierge desk, who made our son feel special and even gave him a memorable gift.

Strongly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in a beautiful location with helpful staff.

It was also next to Wangfujing street, which had a variety of malls and dining options. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities.

There were some issues with the breakfast service, with stale bread and limited fruit options. The staff seemed slow and inattentive, not providing the level of service expected from a 5-star hotel.

Great staff, helpful and informative. Wonderful location with views of the city. Comfy and spacious beds. Enjoyed the evening piano music in the atrium.
