The hotel had a great breakfast selection with traditional Chinese breakfast foods, continental options, salads, yogurt, and fresh fruit. the staff was friendly and always willing to help with luggage or provide warm lemon water and tea. the hotel was located near many food stalls of varying quality, which is convenient for budget dining. the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

The bathrooms were tiny, making it difficult to move around without hitting something. the rooms were on the smaller side for the price charged.

The location was perfect, with the metro station just a block away and easy access from the Hong Kong entry port. The staff was very helpful, although some had better English skills than others. The room was clean and nicely furnished, matching the pictures on the website. The bed was comfortable and the shower had ample hot water. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide selection of fresh meats, breads, fruits, and more. I did have a couple of minor issues, such as thin walls and a hair in my dinner, but they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend the Grand Skylight Hotel for its great location, value, and excellent service.
