The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with separate sitting areas and large bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service, resolving issues and making guests feel welcome. the location and room amenities make for a pleasant stay.

The hotel lacks a lobby bar and other facilities, such as the Executive Lounge, may be closed at times.

I had an incredible experience staying at Xian Grand Soluxe International Hotel. The location was fantastic, just across the road from Xi'an Railway Station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like cable TV and a generous-sized bathroom with a bath and shower. The view from my room on the 10th floor was stunning, overlooking the beautiful garden. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the bell boys who assisted with my luggage and provided me with a map of the area. They even helped me arrange a taxi to the airport for my departure. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

the room was adorned with exclusive amenities and boasted an impressive garden view. the in, room breakfast was delicious and the bar area was perfect for after, dinner drinks. the location was ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to the nearby subway station.

While my overall experience at this venue was amazing, there was one minor issue with the sauna not being properly heated. the massage services more than made up for it and the ballroom was a stunning location for my event.

The location was perfect – close to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. the staff were friendly and helpful, and some spoke English. the room was spacious and had great amenities. We particularly enjoyed the included gym and breakfast, which was one of the best we've had in China.

The traffic outside was quite noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to request a room away from the main road. the bed was a bit too soft and the linen was not in the greatest condition.

We had a great experience at the hotel. the location was excellent, with super bus connections to the Terracotta Warriors. the reception staff was very helpful, suggesting the best buses to take for all the sites. Our room was excellent, and it had all the amenities we needed, like an iron, TV with USB cable, and bathroom freebies. the hotel was also close to the train station and a short walk to the subway station. There were plenty of fast food, restaurants, and shops in the area.

I recently stayed at the Grand Soluxe Hotel in Xi'an for a few days and had an amazing experience. The hotel itself was luxurious, with comfortable and clean rooms. The fast Wi-Fi was a definite plus. I was impressed by the level of luxury at such an affordable price compared to other hotels I've stayed at in China. The Chinese restaurant served delicious food, and the hotel's location near the main rail station and bus stops made it easy to explore the city's attractions.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and delightfully clean. The closet was well-equipped with an ironing which is always a plus. The staff, despite linguistic limitations, is very helpful, polite, and goes the extra mile to assist you. The location is great and visible as soon as you arrive in the city. It is within walking distance from the Airport Bus stop, Railway Station, bus stop to Terracotta Warrior, and the Metro.

Felt like a home away from home, nothing to complain about.
