We had a very pleasant stay at a clean hotel with a super location. The staff was genuinely nice and went above and beyond to help us find nearby places, even walking us to one particular destination. The location, right in the pedestrian zone of the city center, was ideal for exploring. The hotel manager spoke good English and was helpful in setting up tours. Our room had a lovely bay window overlooking the bustling street below. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Guilin.

Great location. Spacious comfortable room. Fantastic restaurant across the road. Good bathroom with the best shower in China! In house DIY laundry facilities at no cost. Very helpful staff. Vibrant area close to the river.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I loved being able to walk around and explore all the nearby attractions. The staff here are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even helped me book a shuttle from the airport and arranged for a driver to take me on a scenic tour. The room was beautiful and clean with a fantastic view. I enjoyed the tea ceremony seats, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. the service and comfort at this hotel were top-notch.

Generous and friendly staff. Backyard-facing rooms are nicer and quieter. Centrally located on pedestrian road near shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms with cozy bedding. Helpful staff, especially Jenny. Would recommend and choose again.

Great shower and spacious room. Laundry self-service is a nice touch. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff struggled with English and it made communicating difficult. the building was undergoing renovations, so the noise from drilling and cutting made it hard to sleep in.
