We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location in a beautiful park was breathtaking, with views of the famous elephant rock in the river. It was such a pleasure to be surrounded by pleasant parklands and to have easy access to the center of the park. The staff provided top-notch service, offering amenities such as room service, car hire, and laundry. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary facilities including ironing facilities, tea and coffee amenities, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the sun terrace and garden area, which provided the perfect place to relax and soak in the lovely surroundings.

The room was clean and comfortable with a separate bathtub, and the staff was friendly. the included breakfast was convenient and saved us time. the location near the river and park allowed for a pleasant and relaxing stroll.

Some areas of the hotel were tired and in need of updates and smoking in non-smoking areas was an issue. the language barrier made communication difficult at times and some staff members were not very helpful.
