Upgraded to suite due to roadworks. Fantastic breakfast with good variety, including Western items. Comfy bed, no leaking shower. Smaller suite was good value. Ideal location for Shangri-la expo. Friendly staff, lovely spacious room with nice decor. Rooftop bar closed, but courtyard available. Super comfortable bed. Convenient half-hour journey from airport, close to city center. Special restaurants and bars around. Clean and comfortable rooms with environment-friendly furniture. Reasonable room price. Perfect breakfast coffee. Will choose again next time in Chengdu.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. The location is excellent, with the hotel being situated near the picturesque riverside and close proximity to the Anshun bridge. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a range of amenities such as air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service. We particularly enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the 24-hour room service, which added to the convenience and comfort of our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered various facilities including a health club and a restaurant, making our experience even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Stayed in a hotel near Jiuyanqiao bar street, where we could head out and not be far from the main attractions. close enough to the metro station and bus stations to go to other tourist spots. Rooms were neat and clean with beautiful decorations.

Overall terrible experience. Staff was rude and unhelpful.
