I had an incredible stay at a new and stunning hotel in Haikou. The rooms were spacious with a breathtaking sea view, and the hotel accommodated our request to have the rooms next to each other. The facilities were modern and luxurious, providing maximum comfort. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool area and surrounding park were beautifully maintained, with a large and clean pool.

I spent my Xmas vacation at a wonderful resort, the place is really magical! The swimming pool is one of the best I've ever seen, the water is warm and the lagoon is so huge, it invites you to swim for hours! The breakfast buffet was amazing, you could find everything, really everything you need to start your day! The beach.

The location of the hotel is far from the city, so it can be a bit difficult to go out, and if you need to go shopping, you will need to hire a taxi. , the staff needs to improve their English a bit, it can be a struggle to communicate with them.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel were truly outstanding. We were extremely pleased with the impeccable service and facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool, garden area, and spa centre. The restaurant provided delicious meals, and we enjoyed the in-room breakfast as a special treat. The private facilities in the room were also exclusive and added to our overall experience.

One minor issue we experienced was the lack of sun loungers available. However, this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.
