I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, near the bus station and right by the bus stop that takes you up to Long Jing village. The hotel was in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including two restaurants and a variety of movies available for free on TV.

The hotel could improve on their cleanliness standards and ensure that all rooms are free from smoke smells.

The room at Huachen International was incredibly functional and had an efficient AC that quickly cooled the space. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the breakfast, which had a stunning view of the lake. I highly recommend staying here. I'll recommend this hotel.

The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were a nice surprise. The hotel was located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooftop pool had a beautiful view of the city.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard. The bathroom was outdated and could use some renovations.

The hotel is conveniently located, with the metro station just 300 metres away, and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. It's easy to get around the city as public transport is easily accessible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and working accessories. The breakfast offers a good variety of foods, and some rooms provide a view of the beautiful west lake.

The hotel only has two lifts, which can lead to long waiting times during busy periods.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was in the heart of town and just across the airport bus stop. We were in a lively shopping area and very near the lake which was a bonus for us. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, always providing excellent service to guide us. The room amenities were top-notch with ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, in-room safe, dining table. Also, the dining restaurant was perfect while the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax.

We recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was clean and had useful amenities, including a safe and ironing board. The location was convenient, with a bus stop to the airport right outside the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and we highly recommend this hotel for foreign travelers.

As low-budget travelers, we loved that the hotel upgraded our room at no extra cost. The location is excellent, close to the subway and a large shopping complex. It's also just 700m away from beautiful Xihu. The hotel is well-maintained and the shower gel and hair shampoo provided were great.

We had a great stay at a hotel close to the airport bus station and West Lake. Huachen International provided a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who tried their best to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and even included fruits on both days of our stay. Breakfast buffet had excellent variety, catering to both Western and Eastern tastes. The hotel also had convenient access to a computer on the business floor.
