Fabulous river view, beautiful sunrise, stunning city lights at night, genuinely interested staff, perfect location near uncrowded subway.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel had a great view and was in a prime location next to the river. the room was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds. the gym was equipped with modern machines.

The service was poor and not up to par with a nice hotel. the staff seemed uninterested and disengaged, without any service mindset.

We had a luxurious and peaceful stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities met all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was phenomenal and the indoor swimming pool had a great layout. the spa lounge was a relaxing surprise and we even enjoyed the BBQ facilities there. the room advantages, including an in-room breakfast and private facilities, exceeded our expectations.

That the location was not very convenient for exploring the city and tourist attractions were a bit far. with the excellent service and luxurious facilities in this hotel, we didn't mind spending most of our time here.

The breakfast had a variety of delicious options to choose from. I particularly loved the lounge, which provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were impressive, including a well-equipped working desk in the room.

That some staff members had difficulties understanding English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
