We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of a high-end shopping mall. The location on Wulin square was perfect for us, with the West Lake area just a short bicycle or taxi ride away. We were impressed by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided. The staff were extremely accommodating, allowing us to bring our full-sized road bikes into the hotel and even keep them in our room. Our room was well-stocked with amenities, including some thoughtful extras like fruit and oatmeal candy. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of the basement supermarket for self-catering meals.

Inconvenient to book a taxi.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient for my short stay. It was very close to Wulin Square Metro and several shopping malls, which made exploring the city and finding amenities a breeze. the hotel's proximity to the West Lake area allowed for easy access to the beautiful tourist attractions.

Although my experience at the hotel was generally positive, I did notice a slight inconvenience when trying to book a taxi. It would have been more convenient if the hotel had easy access to taxis or a dedicated taxi stand.

Great location with luxury brands, warm staff, and Shishedo shampoo and conditioner. Daily fruit provided by the cleaner. Comfortable bed, quiet rooms, and stocked amenities. Convenient for shopping and close to West Lake area by bicycle or taxi.

Amazing shower and very clean rooms. The view from the breakfast area on the 32nd floor was great with a view of the Westlake and Hangzhou City. The staff were friendly and the hotel has a modern feel. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Hangzhou.
