I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was right on the promenade in a quiet area of Kowloon. It was a short walk to the nearby restaurants and there was a large shopping center nearby as well. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool with its fantastic infinity pool design. The breakfast provided was great with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service to various transportation links, making it convenient to explore the city.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure in shower, substantial buffet breakfast with plenty of choices, impressive rooftop pool, well-equipped gym.

Nothing could have been better.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the harbor. The bathroom was large and well-equipped. The breakfast, which we initially hadn't planned on having at the hotel, turned out to be amazing. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to assist us. The hotel's location, although slightly secluded, was easily accessible via the MTR.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

As a tourist, I loved the excellent location of the hotel and the convenience of having the Airport Express shuttle on site. The free shuttle service and easy MTR access made exploring the city a breeze. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops around the hotel, offering a variety of dining and shopping options. The rooftop pool provided exceptional views of the harbor, and although the hot tub was a bit cold, it was still a nice addition. The hotel staff were always welcoming and helpful, with someone at the entrance to assist and answer any questions.

Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at a hotel in Hong Kong. the staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even offered to help us with our luggage and made sure we had everything we needed. the location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the sea. It was also conveniently located near popular tourist spots, making it easy for us to explore the city. Another advantage was the rooftop pool, which was absolutely breathtaking. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the service wasn't always consistent, as we sometimes had to wait for long periods of time for assistance.

We stayed at Harbour Grand for a week and loved it! Our 19th-floor room was spacious and comfortable, with a great king-size bed. The buffet breakfast had a fantastic range of options, from fruits and cereals to Asian and Indian dishes. The rooftop pool had a stunning view, and the gym was well-equipped. The hotel's location along the waterfront was perfect, and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing us with a free room to rest when we arrived early. Highly recommended!

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to/from the ferry. the location was fantastic as we were able to enjoy a lovely walk along the harbor promenade. the view from our room was breathtaking. We also enjoyed the spacious and clean gym.

The view from our room was magnificent, well worth paying extra for. The shuttle service to the center of Kowloon was very good, with on-time and frequent trips. Within a short walking distance, there is a good shopping center and several local restaurants. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. The shower had strong water pressure and a massage feature. The pool offered an awesome view, and there were lots of options for dinner nearby. The location was great, with easy access to shops and public transport.

I was thrilled with the rooftop pool at Harbour Grand. Swimming at night with the stunning views of the harbor was truly magical. The free shuttle bus to TST made it so convenient to explore different parts of the city. And the free wifi made staying connected a breeze. The hotel's commitment to providing excellent service and a breathtaking atmosphere made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The upgraded suite had four rooms - bedroom, study, bathroom, and lounge. Stunning harbour views, great facilities, and delicious in-room dining. Convenient location near MTR and market. Spacious pool and gym with Victoria Harbour view. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the metro and a shuttle service to nearby attractions. We enjoyed eating at the Promenade restaurant and the adjoining terrace bar, where they have a happy hour between 4-7 pm. The views from the rooms are panoramic and breathtaking, and the staff in the club lounge are friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at Harbour Grand Kowloon and were blown away by the stunning location and breathtaking view from our room. Despite some cloudy days, we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery for the majority of our stay. The rooftop pool also offered a spectacular view, especially at night. The hotel's proximity to the town center made it convenient for us to explore and indulge in some shopping and dining. Additionally, the nearby Whampoa station provided easy access for a day trip to Shenzhen, China. we had a wonderful experience with the location and view at this hotel.
